I think you are genius..It looks great! and helps me a lot. Thank you very much.

By the way, is there a way to attach 'signature.jpeg' file from my desktop into the square box rather than draw the signature?

and place the image on the fpdf.

You should upload the image and then modify the class. But, the very meaning of the class is let somebody sign in the square on a tablet for instance and store the very signature in a pdf.
